Cancellation Rules
Refund handling by case:
- Before the event starts, cancel via Meetup or contact us to request cancellation.
- If the organizer cancels the event, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method (via Stripe).
- If you cannot attend for personal reasons or no-show, tickets are non-refundable.
- No refunds after the event has started.
- Processing times vary by payment provider; we will notify you once a refund is initiated.
